War of the Sectors is built for fun, competition and teamwork. These terms describe the rules for using the game. Questions, purchase problems or concerns can be sent to support@warofthesectors.com. These draft terms do not replace rights that applicable law gives you.

Create an account using a username and password to protect your commander and saved progress. No email address is required for account creation. A saved session lets you remain signed in on your device. You may need your password after logging out, changing devices, clearing saved browser data, or when a session expires or is revoked for security.

Choose a secure password, keep it private, and use an account you are authorized to use. Notify support if you suspect unauthorized access. Never send support your password. Recovery requires evidence of account ownership; knowing a username alone is not sufficient. Because no email is collected during signup, automatic email password recovery is not available.

You must meet applicable age and legal-consent requirements. If parental or guardian permission is legally required, obtain it before using the game or making purchases.

You may not sell, buy, rent, trade, gift or otherwise transfer an account or its login credentials. You may not broker account sales or sell virtual items outside systems expressly authorized by the operator.

An account provides personal access to the service. It does not convey ownership of the game, its servers, software or intellectual property. This does not remove your statutory rights or ownership of content you create independently.

Virtual currency, items and benefits are licensed for use within the game, subject to the description shown at purchase. They have no operator-provided cash redemption value unless expressly stated or required by law. Review the price and purchase description before paying.

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, unused items or unused subscription time, except where required by applicable law or payment-platform rules. This does not limit refunds, cancellation rights, billing disputes or remedies required by applicable law or the relevant payment platform. Contact support about missing items, duplicate charges or other purchase problems.

Confirmed payment fraud or deliberate abuse of payment systems may lead to suspension or permanent account closure after review. A good-faith refund request, a lawful chargeback or exercise of consumer rights alone is not grounds for a ban. Where a purchase is refunded or reversed, associated virtual benefits may be removed as permitted by law and platform rules.

Premium is an automatically renewing subscription with a base price of US$20 every 30 days, plus applicable tax. Your checkout shows the currency, total and recurring billing terms before you subscribe. An eligible 80% discount token applies to the first payment only (US$4 before tax); renewals return to the full subscription price. This token can be used once per account.

You may turn off automatic renewal through the Premium subscription controls in the game. Cancellation stops future renewals; benefits remain until the end of the paid period, subject to any refund or reversal. Uninstalling the app, logging out or not playing does not cancel a subscription. Contact support if you cannot access cancellation controls. Cancellation and refund rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.

Skins and March Expansion tiers are separate one-time purchases. Where supported, the payment provider may offer checkout in your local currency; the displayed conversion and final total apply. Banks or payment providers may charge their own conversion fees. Applicable sales tax, VAT or GST is shown before payment and collected where required registrations are in place.

Do not cheat, exploit bugs for unfair advantage, use unauthorized automation, interfere with the service, steal accounts, impersonate other people or evade an enforcement action. Report significant bugs to support instead of exploiting them.

Do not post threats, targeted harassment, unlawful discriminatory abuse, private information without permission, scams or unlawful content. Follow applicable law and the game's published community rules.

Honest reviews, criticism, commentary and lawful gameplay sharing are allowed, including negative opinions. Please identify or tag War of the Sectors when posting about the game. Not tagging the game alone is not grounds for a takedown or account penalty.

Do not falsely claim to speak for FiltermanserviceLLC, mislead viewers about an official endorsement, or publish unlawful threats, harassment or defamatory statements. A negative opinion alone is not defamation. Copyright complaints must concern actual infringement and respect fair use and other applicable exceptions.

Original protectable game code, writing, artwork, audiovisual content and models are owned by FiltermanserviceLLC or their respective rights holders, as applicable. Third-party materials remain subject to their own licenses. No claim is made to rights the operator does not own, to unprotectable game ideas or mechanics, or to material that applicable law leaves unprotected.

Except as authorized or permitted by law, do not extract, resell, redistribute or use protected game assets to create competing asset packs, products or services. These terms do not assert that copyright has been registered or that all game material is copyrightable.

You retain rights you hold in your own submitted content. You grant the operator a nonexclusive license only as needed to host, display, transmit and moderate that content to operate the game and its community features.

We may investigate suspected violations and restrict features, suspend access or close an account for serious or repeated violations. We may take temporary protective action when necessary to address security or fraud. Decisions should consider the nature and seriousness of the conduct and applicable law.

You may contact support to request review of an enforcement decision. Include your commander ID and relevant information, but not your password. We do not promise a particular response time or outcome. Termination does not extinguish consumer remedies that the law requires.

Updates, maintenance and outages can interrupt access. We do not promise uninterrupted service or that every error can be corrected. Changes to paid benefits and any discontinuation of the service remain subject to applicable law, purchase commitments and platform rules.

Material changes to final terms should be communicated in the game or on the website, with additional consent obtained where required. Do not treat this draft as acceptance of future changes.

Account and gameplay data are processed to operate the service. A separate privacy notice must explain the actual collection, storage, use, retention, sharing and player rights before public launch. These terms are not a substitute for that notice. Do not submit sensitive personal information through public game chat.

FiltermanserviceLLC operates from Arkansas, United States. To the extent permitted by law, Arkansas law governs these terms. This does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections or forums provided by applicable law. No mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver is included in this draft.
